Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or Omnivore?
It's actually pretty interesting to debate around the whole subject. Of course, some have no choice but to follow one 'path' while others just choose to live like this.
I'm interested in why, and how you decided to be like you are? And how it is?
It's also quite interesting to debate around the whole subject of surviving with or without meat at all. And honestly, I am an Omnivore with no clue about being Vegan or Vegetarian. So more knowledge would be fine too, to understand those that are a little better.
If it develops into a debate in the comments, please stay on the matter and keep it objective. No bashing out at each other for choosing different ways.
And for those who doesn't know the difference;
Vegan;
Dietary vegans (or strict vegetarians) refrain from consuming animal products, not only meat but also eggs, dairy products and other animal-derived substances; this is known as a vegan or entirely plant-based diet.
Vegetarian;
Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat (red meat, poultry, seafood and the flesh of any other animal), and may also include abstention from by-products of animal slaughter.
Omnivore;
An omnivore is an animal whose species normally derives its energy and nutrients from a diet consisting of a variety of food sources that may include plants, animals, algae, fungi and bacteria. Omnivores are often opportunistic, general feeders that lack carnivore or herbivore specializations for acquiring or processing food, but which nevertheless consume both animals and plants.
But if you are neither of these, and have another type of diet please share it. c:
