I've finally come up with a book that I can actually write, wow! It's a heavy WIP and I won't really know how I'll do this.
I've decided to post by chapter, even if there's something in the way. (Like update bumps. ._.)
About Iced:
Aklaq has found himself stuck in an old ice cave, only to be stuck with his brother Tulukaruk, who was turned into a crow inside of this. It's a long, winding path that's got many challenges waiting for the two... As they may stumble across something that they thought was gone years ago...

Chapter 1
{Spoiler}
Coldness surrounded Aklaq and his annoying brother, and now his cawing was starting to get annoying.
"Stop it!" Aklaq yelled at him, he knew Aky could understand him. It was obvious he was just doing that noise to annoy him. Atlaq flicked his wing angrily, staring at him. "NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR THIS, WE'RE STUCK IN THIS CAVE AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" Aky full on screamed at him, Tulukaruk looked at him, surprised. "You knew I was going to say that... Soon enough you won't be alive!"
"Pff... Aklaq, you need to calm down. Just because I'm trying to annoy you, you don't need to let it get to you." He cawed, watching as his annoying brother paced. "I know you're jealous because I'm an animal and you're not!" He pouted, only to look really weird.
"Pff!" He laughed, his brother's beak looked stupid. There was only a sliver of sunlight coming through the clear ice, and Tulukaruk was hogging the sunlight. He was too busy yelling at him and laughing at his idiocy. He slowly growled at the crow. "Hey, Tulukaruk you seem to have forgotten something..." He looked at his brother, his hands on the ground as if he was starting a race, he readied himself to jump onto Tulukaruk.
Tulukaruk squinted at him, the dark figure of his brother was low to the ground. "What... are you doing?" He raised his 'brow' uncomfortably, completely ignoring what Aklaq had told him. He slowly nestled himself on the cold ice, watching Aklaq worriedly.
Aklaq looked at him angrily, pouncing on the small crow. Tulukaruk was too stupid to move away quickly. His two hands pinned the screeching crow onto the ground, sighing, disappointed. "Listen, you can't take away all of the sunlight. I'm a human, I only have clothes, you're a crow, you have feathers that could stuff hundreds of pillows, and you've got all the warmth you need! Now give me that spot, you fool!"
Tulukaruk breathed heavily, it was already extremely hard to breath in this ice cold place, but now Aklaq was squashing him? As well as insulting him? He shrieked at his brother. "Can't... Breathe... Will... Move."
Aklaq looked at the crow under his hands. "Finally, Tulu, you listen to me!" He let him go, only to see that fat puff of feathers fly away, he looked at him grimly. "I think we may need to adventure some more, we've been in this place for a while and have been living off of nothing except from rats and sticks from the last people who got trapped in here... But, for now, I get to sit in the sun." He pouted at Tulukaruk. Curling his body up so he could soak up the light.
"Aky! Aky!" Tulukaruk shook Aklaq awake, he'd managed to fall asleep in an ice-cold cave, the young crow looked confused. Aklaq had never fallen asleep so well, it was only when he was in the cold, covered in elk skin that he'd fall asleep. But... They haven't had any sleep for a few days, and this lump of skin wouldn't wake up even if there was a whole cooked elk in front of him. Tulukarak sighed, looking at his brother. Hopefully Aky wouldn't realise what he was about to do, he scouted around, hoping that Ak was truly asleep, he snuck in next to Tak's fluffy coat. His tiny body was fully asleep as soon as he sat next to him. It was only just after about a minute, that he realised how tired he truly was.
The light had turned to dark as Aklaq woke up to find his brother snuggling up to him, he made a disgusted sound and pushed him away. He poked his brother in the belly, growling at him. "WAKE UP." As the small crow slept on silently. "NOW."
The small crow stared at him, great. Now he had to wake up when he'd finally gotten some sleep? He looked at him. "Wh-what now?" He rubbed his eyes with his right wing, annoyed.
Aklaq looked at the small crow. "We're moving out of this place, let's find some logs to start a fire. By the way, don't think about it melting the ceiling or ground, it's all too hard. Let's go." He growled, walking carefully, trying not to fall on the hard ice. There had to be some wood around here from the others that once explored here, but where had they gone? Before they were trapped in here, they'd heard legends about these specific caves, they had ceilings and floors as hard as diamond. Many people had come here, but nobody's ever heard from them again. But, now they were the people of legend, but they would actually get out of the caves. Even if it was the last thing they did.
"Ugh, fine... idiot." He yelled at his brother. Slowly flapping his wings whilst landing on his brother's shoulder, pecking him on the shoulder. "Hey, now you look like you're an evil wizard or somethin'!" He squeaked at him happily, his small eyes turned upright in happiness.
"Don't you dare mention wizards and witches again!" He snapped at his brother, younger siblings were always so stupid and annoying. He was always reminding Alkaq about those terrible moments, and it was a wizard that had changed Tulu into a crow, an animal that he was truly meant to be, if only human's hadn't taken over. If only that selfish god Wahash hadn't fallen in love with that human, she'd 'only wanted' to destroy the animal kingdom, and wanted to be in control.
"Aky, Aky, what are you thinking of?" Tulukaruk asked, even if he was 'only' a few years younger, he still didn't know many things. "Is it another one of your cool stories?" He squealed happily at him.
"They aren't stories, they're truth, tales of old. Now, help me by flying ahead and searching for logs so we can try and make a fire, then I may tell you what I was thinking about." He smiled at the crow on his shoulder as he flew on obediently, for once. It was a long and winding path, almost impossible to see.
"Sure!" Tulu yelled happily, for once being obedient with his brother, they needed to survive this terrible cave-in. Thanks to the bear, but he only saw his brother after he was knocked out, and all of a sudden, the bear disapeared? He opened his eyes wide, seeing a wall right in front of him. CAW! The young crow had met the ice-cold wall, he fell on the ground, hearing his brother yell out to him. "Tulu, Tulu! Are you alright, where are you?" His voice sounded worried, Tulukaruk stood up, his right wing injured. "H-here Aky!" He cawed out, it was cold and dark. Nobody was here, and he was probably lost. Did he even take any turns?
"Tulu! Tulu! Are you alright, where are you?" Aklaq screamed out, his eyes weren't meant for the dark as he felt around the walls, hearing what could only be his brother's voice. He followed the voice, as Tulukaruk continued to caw. He continued to run swiftly. "Aaaah!" Aklaq screamed, he felt his arms being pulled behind his back, only to hear a deep voice behind him. "You don't know where you are, do you, fool?" The voice growled at him. His eyes went wide, his only instinct was to kick the male behind him, he heard an uncomfortable "urrrghhhhh!" Aklaq laughed silently, running forwards, until he felt something... A beak pecking his foot as small claws dug into his shoe. He sighed, scooping the bird onto his shoulder, the wings flopping over his shoulder. He started to run again, worried they would catch up as he felt the cave walls around him. Yells could be heard from around him. "Springa! Springa!" Yelled the men. Was that... Swedish? Why were they speaking Swedish?!?! Was that the language down here, why did they speak his other language before?
(Yes. I chose swedish, 'cause why not?)
Tulukaruk felt himself being picked up, it was a familiar voice that he'd heard for years, until he heard others... What was going on?
"Stop it!" Aklaq yelled at him, he knew Aky could understand him. It was obvious he was just doing that noise to annoy him. Atlaq flicked his wing angrily, staring at him.
