This was originally going to be a big book but I think I might just do a little bit of it for a test, here I go...
The she-wolf stopped, mate behind ears pricked for danger. "Scent" she growled and padded over to a bundle of grass looking for the origin of the scent of pines and furn. "On our territory, are there many different scents?" Tikaani looked at her mate, "Its one scent a female and by the looks of the paw prints small...and close" She felt her fur bush and her tail lift up as a new scent reached her nose, the wolf. But closer. Her mate let lose a dreadful growl and they both looked in the direction of the scent. There was a sudden rush and a yelp. She turned her mate was gone and in place a small scant looking she-wolf with searching amber eyes and a long scar running over her right eye. The she-wolf looked at her bushed fur and ruffled ruff. The she-wolf made a quick sound of admiration and turned, looking at Tikaani once more. Tikaani shivered and looked at the wolf growling "Where is my mate!" The she-wolf stopped and pointed her nose to the side, a crack in the rock beside of Tikaani had opened up. Out came her mate and she rushed to see if he had any marks or scars. The wolf had managed to scent mark the path in front of them so they wouldn't notice her running on the ledge beside and then, when they saw push her mate into the crack were he lay confused until he heard voices. "Who are you" She asked nervous, Tikaani didn't know if there where more wolves like her. "Otsana" and with that she walked away up a trial unnoticed before, and in a beckoning swish of the tail walked up the path.
Tikaani didn't know what to do next so, she followed the pitter patter of the she-wolves paws.
"You will never know unless you follow"
