I'm sorry that this has nothing to do with Primitive Call, but I am not sure where else to post this.

So yeah, I literally just got my first blue screen today. Seems to happen with a lot of the computers I use, pffft.

However, I don't want to lose this computer too, as this is the only one I have and it will take forever before I will be able to get another laptop (which also means several hours of boredom and complaining).

But after the blue screen happened, my computer restarted itself, and an error appeared, saying "Recovered from Unexpected Shutdown". I've copied and pasted more of the error below:

For more information, my computer is an old Toshiba laptop (not sure what year) with Windows Vista Business as its operating system. I am running a full scan on Comodo right now.
Does anyone know what any of this means? Is there a way to fix this so that my computer won't die? Thank you!

Unfortunately, i think Windows Vista doesn't work anymore as i heard in the news or something. I might be wrong.

I once had a similar problem with my old computer screen and took it to an electronic shop. They were able to fix it, maybe there's a shop nearby where you can take the computer to?

I also sometimes have problems with my actual computer, screen related as well.
What i do with that is to manually shut it down (aka take the bateries and charger out) and then, without the bateries but with the charger, turn it on again. It sometimes "comes back to life" and starts fixing the problem by itself.
But i dont even know if this is going to help and it might be something bad for the computer.
So i guess my final advice is that you take it to an electronic shop. Though idk if they'll fix an old computer. My friend had a windows vista as well and when he took it to the shop they told him that it was too old to be fixed.

We would have to go all the way to maybe Austin (adding the hours of driving to Austin, and the hours of driving back from Austin, it would be a 4 hour drive) or Temple to do that, since there are no electronic shops around here.

Somehow, my computer is acting normal as of right now. My antivirus found no threats during the scan. I do think it's pretty odd, seeing as how I just got a blue screen a few hours ago.

I believe BCCode 50 means that some installed hardware on your computer. If you have added any hardware to your computer I suggest removing it and seeing if that works out. But hardware malfunctions happen all the time and sometimes you can just boot up your computer like normal. However if you do get the blue screen again for the same reason, there might be a problem.

I also suggest taking a look at the files they give you, in most cases they help alot :3

If you do get another blue screen (I'm assuming that it is a hardware problem, but I would check those files to be sure) you may have to replace some of your hardware.

Uhm, its going to be difficult because you have a laptop. If your sure it is a hardware issue I suggest looking up a tutorial online of someone opening your kind of laptop. Let me tell you, its going to get messy. For some reason companies just Do NOT want you to get into laptops. DX I guess one part of why they are so hard to take apart is that they have to be built very compactly.

So if you are very sure it is a hardware problem, find a video and make sure you have a lot of tools on hand. Also be very careful if you do decide to take apart your laptop. If you can take it into a computer shop, but I understand that may not be possible ;w;
