Hello, my name is Jake (though I can be referred to as Jay or anything else you want to come up with, I don't mind).
I love to draw, write (occasionally), read, play video games, and many others. Music of choice is usually K-Pop but I do have a collection of music to my own language in a larger number (since I grew up with them). I also have a liking to memes but have a love-hate relationship with puns (I find myself feeling dead inside or smacking my own face sometimes or wanting to headdesk xD)
I am a shy and introverted person who can be sensitive but I have gotten better at not taking things personally. Don't let this be a way of saying that you always have to be careful about what to say to me. I prefer if it's just said. Another thing about my introverted-ness is that I have a hard time interacting with people even when told "you can bother me anytime!! It's okay!" because I don't know when you could be in a bad place when I want to talk, and I don't want to bother you and have someone snap at me, etc. I tend to think more about the other person than myself. I have low self-esteem but as a pro I care about others more even though it's a con to myself. I also have social anxiety but mostly in person, face-to-face. I am one who usually waits for others to approach me as I (in the past and now) have trouble with people since I was a kid.
If I don't respond to a message right away it could be that I don't have an answer (thus no response at all, apologies if it comes off as rude, I always try to think of something to write back), I am thinking of an answer, or I am constantly checking to see what I wrote to make sure it is to my liking (this can take a while!)
I grew up loving wolves and had an "edgy phase" around it but now I am more chill and I still love wolves. I love all animals (even vicious animals like crocodiles/alligators, sharks, etc. even if they do scare me) in general since I was a kid.
More could be shared but I think I wrote enough~ But I may also pop in at times to read what people have wrote and even join in on whatever is happening, though I am silent most of the time.
I look forward to sharing and looking at art, written material, and looking forward to this game as well! I am a patient person so please be sure to do your best, staff and makers, and don't panic!
